Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear shows no signs of wear or chalk.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
